University Communication coordinates the announcements submitted for publication in Indiana State Today, the newsletter received by Indiana State University employees, students, and subscribers outside of the university. Indiana State Today will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the fall and spring semesters. During the summer, the newsletter will only run once a week.
Submit entries for consideration if your department or office has:
All submissions must have a direct relationship to the university and be of interest to faculty, staff and students. Commercial advertisements for for-profit entities are not permitted. Notices of non-profit fundraising activities and events must have a general university connection.
University Communication reserves the right to determine whether a submitted entry is appropriate for the newsletter, the right to edit the content for grammar and style, and to assign the dates the entry will run.
Entries must be submitted by 3 p.m. the day before they are to run. An entry can run a maximum number of two times. You must submit multiple times for more run dates.
Please read the instructions in the submission form. Attachments MUST be in PDF or jpg formats. Word documents are NOT accepted.
