The 2022 Wellness Screenings are being offered on-campus through September 22nd. Screenings and Tobacco Use Certification must be completed for discounts or to avoid surcharges on your 2023 Health Premiums. Please use the attached to the flyer below for instructions on how to set up your account and schedule your screening today! When registering your Union ID for you and your spouse is ISU plus employee’s University ID # (ISU991 or ISU992).
