Use Workplace Personality Tools to Improve Communication and Unlock Potential of Your Student Employees

Join Student Employment and the Career Center with guest facilitator Amy Demchak for a workshop on workplace personalities on February 26, 2026 from 11:00 – 11:50 a.m. in the Career Center!

We will use a workplace personality tool to frame a conversation for supervisors on how to meet their student employees where they are, while leading them to their fullest potential.  My goal is to help supervisors identify and leverage the current strengths of their employees and learn how to adapt and flex their approach to help students grow. Be prepared for lively conversation, and tips and tricks you can take back and put into practice.
