To provide a better user experience and streamline support for Faculty and Staff, the Office of the Registrar has launched a TDX ticket application specifically for OR functions starting Friday December 16, 2022. This will house ticket requests, documents and information aimed to support and enhance academic success. • MySam (DegreeWorks) Issue/Problem Resolution
• MySam account access
• Importing former student into DW
• Degree Maps (DW) questions
2. Centralized location for requests
• Other changes to Schedule of classes (rooms, days/times, instructor, etc.)
• Drop/add courses
• Scribe curriculum
• Policy change
3. Data reporting requests
• Changes to reports
• Data request
