Topic: Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Participants will be able to identify the legal requirements of Title VII and Title IX sexual harassment, know their reporting obligation under Policy 923, examine EEOC case studies of workplace sexual harassment, and become familiar with supportive resources available to students and employees.
