The 36th Annual Strawberry Festival will be held on Thursday, June 13 2024.
Here is a current list of available shifts:
8 a.m. – 10 a.m. (New “early bird” shift – making WORKS for our advanced order/carry out inventory)
9 a.m. – 11 a.m. (New “early bird” shift – making WORKS for our advanced order/carry out inventory)
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. (one line left)
12 noon – 2 p.m.
2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
4 p.m. – 6 p.m. (If you are able to work 3 hours, we are needing some lines to work until 7 p.m.)
5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
A serving line is comprised of four people and requires standing for 2 hours. One person will need strength for dipping ice cream, which sometimes can be challenging! Please have your volunteers report 15 minutes prior to their shift to check in and go through a short brief training prior to their shift beginning, even if you’ve participated in the past.
If your group, organization or business will be able to help this year, please send their names, your organization (if applicable) and your preferred shift time. Shifts will be filled on a first come, first selected basis. You might want to include an alternate time in your email. Please provide the name of the person who is the contact for your group. You will receive a confirmation email with more information for you and your volunteers.
