Easterseals Crossroads College InternXperience Spring or Summer 2026 Internship Program for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder

If you have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and you’d like to gain hands-on, real world experience and to enhance your interpersonal skills, this internship program is for you! The Easterseals Crossroads staff will match you with a company/organization in your field of study. Their service area is the Indianapolis Metropolitan area and the surrounding 90 miles, so something in Terre Haute, Indy, or your Indiana hometown is a possibility. The PAID internship experience can be a few weeks long or for the entire summer, depending on your needs.
Qualifications for an internship:
1. Individual must be diagnosed with any form of Autism.
2. Must be enrolled in at least 3 credit hours (for summer, must be enrolled for the following Fall semester).
3. Must be able to manage transportation (car, bus, Uber, etc.).

Internship Details:
1. All internships are paid $15/hour, unless employer provides additional pay.
2. Internships are flexible and may start/end at any time necessary.
3. There is no stipulation as to how many hours an individual has to work each week.
