Destress Fest is an event dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness before finals week and the holiday season. This event will consist of tabling from various campus resources such as Student Health Promotions, the Student Counseling Center, the Charles E. Brown African American Cultural Center, and more! Free massages, ice cream, therapy dogs, essential oils, succulents, and other various crafts will be provided for all students to enjoy! This event will take place on Tuesday, November 14, from 4 to 6 pm in Dede I.
