Seeking Writers, Playwrights, Actors, and Directors for the Indiana State University Department of Theater’s
24-Hour Play Festival
by ISU Students
Directed by ISU Students
December 1-2, 2023
7:30 pm – 7:30 pm
━━━━━━━━━━━━
The 24-Hour Play Festival is an event where writers are matched with a director and actors, and then spend an evening writing a brand-new play based on the theme. Only a mere 24 hours later, the plays will be performed in front of an audience. The 24HPF is a celebration of what writers, directors, actors, designers, and stage managers can do in a short span of time. The 24HPF honors creativity and theater in a fun, low stakes capacity! Basically, we come together, discover the festival theme, create original works, and then perform them the next day.
