The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) has reaffirmed its accreditation of ISU’s Scott College of Business. AACSB Board of Directors ratified the recommendations from the Peer Review Team and the Continuous Improvement Review Committee to reaffirm the accreditation.
“The Scott College of Business is an outstanding business school with a strong foundation well positioned for the future,” said Dean Terry Daugherty. “We have remarkable faculty and strong alumni dedicated to the belief that business is a force for good in the world. I am extremely proud of how the faculty and staff within the college came together to purposefully implement changes making this success possible.”
An accreditation from AACSB International represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools, with less than 5% worldwide qualifying. Institutions that earn accreditation confirm their commitment to quality and continuous improvement through a rigorous and comprehensive peer review.
“I strongly believe in the mission of a balanced business school that emphasizes student success, applied research, and community engagement,” Daugherty said. “We will continue to innovate within the college to deliver a high-quality business education on behalf of Indiana State University.”
