Review/Update Your Personal Information
Every year, we ask that employees Review/Update personal information on file in our administrative system. Click here for detailed instructions to view and update your contact information (mailing address, cell phone, and email address) as well as your ethnicity, race, and veteran’s classification.
Please note that official name changes or changes to your Prefix must be completed in HR. You will be required to present a copy of your updated Social Security Card for official name changes.
Indiana State University does not share personal information to external entities except for federal and state requirements.
Changes of address for University benefit vendors, i.e. Anthem, CVS, MetLife can be made directly through the Employee Benefits office, 300 Rankin Hall, ext. 4114. Address changes for TIAA can be made online at www.tiaa.org. Changes for Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) can be made online on your personal account.
