Required Training for Working With Minors on Campus

If you are an ISU faculty, staff, or student who will be working with minors on campus during the summer (honors program, summer camps, athletic camps, etc.) you are required to complete the following training modules offered through United Educators:

• Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct and
• Protecting Children: Shine A Light.

Once you have completed both courses you will provide your certificate of completion to your supervisor. These courses are required to be completed every two years. For instructions on how to access the training courses, please access them here.

If your department plans on hosting summer camps on campus, you are required to register your camp through Conference and Event Services here.
