Open Enrollment ends November 17, 2023. This is your chance to make changes to your benefits and coverage without a qualifying life event.
During this time, you can make changes to your Health Coverage option (High deductible or Traditional PPO), increase Voluntary Life Insurance, re-enroll in FSA or add Vision Coverage. All changes will go into effect 01/01/2024.
The only benefits you are required to re-enroll in each year is the Flexible Spending Account Medical FSA (offered with PPO plan) and the Flexible Spending Dependent Care Account.
Applications must be received by the Employee Benefits Office on or before November 17, 2023 to be considered for coverage. If you have questions please contact Employee Benefits at 812-237-4114.
