October 15 is the deadline to participate in annual wellness screenings and earn discounts in 2022. Employees, retirees, and spouses on the ISU health plan were invited starting July 12 to complete their Wellbeing survey and screening on- or off-campus. There is still time to log in to your Union Health Navigate account, complete the survey, and screening. On-campus screenings will continue to be offered at the ISU Health Center through Oct. 15, but an appointment is required.
