The Career Center encourages student employee supervisors to use the new Student Employment Handbook as a resource throughout their supervisor journey. It can be found on the Career Center website under student employment supervisor resources.
We also encourage you to attend our 2024-2025 supervisor training where we provide review and updates of processes as well as leadership and coaching insights to prepare student employees to launch successfully after graduation.
