If you have ordered a new copier they are starting to trickle in. Ricoh has informed me that they will be receiving and delivering equipment through DEC 17, 2021. You must have someone in your office to sign for the equipment in order for it to be delivered.
The following information was provided by Ricoh:
Ricoh will be delivering equipment during the next few weeks. Please be advised that in order for us to get all of the equipment to its proper locations, delivery teams will only deliver. The Ricoh Technicians will come in at a later date and install the equipment as soon as time allows. After installation, we are asking you to contact OIT for the proper print driver installation, so that you can print to your new machine. All necessary information will be provided to you to help OIT install the proper driver.
NOTE: The old supplies WILL NOT work for the new machines. If you have supplies in your cupboard, you should place them with the equipment that is to be removed. All supplies and equipment will be scheduled to move at a later date.
In Addition: if you have equipment, that you are not using now, and are not planning on using again; please turn it off, unplug it, and place a note on it “Not in Service.” Once these steps are done, please email ISU-Ricoh@indstate.edu and let us know that you wish the equipment be removed.
