“Flights of Fancy: Music of Memory and Imagination” will be presented via live stream by the Indiana State University Lyric Theater Workshop, co-directed by Dr. Mark Carlisle and Dr. Colleen Davis at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. This 50-minute program features solo scenes from favorite musicals by composers and lyricists including Steven Sondheim, Lerner and Loewe, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Schmidt and Jones. Well-known shows such as “Into the Woods,” “Camelot,” “Shrek,” “Ragtime,” and “The Fantasticks,” are represented, as well as lesser-known shows including “110 in the Shade,” and Sondheim’s “Follies.”
