There is a display in the hall with info sheets on sleep, how to get to sleep, different tricks and tips about combatting insomnia and even a sleep diary! All sheets are available for people to take.
There are many sleep related days this month like March 18th is World Sleep Day, there is a list of other national and world sleep related days as well!
