Join us for the final Freshman Friday of the semester, designed specifically for first-year students who want to make the most of their summer without the pressure. Learn how any intentional summer experience—work, volunteering, skill-building, or exploration—can help you gain confidence and prepare for sophomore year.

• Insight into what employers actually value most in first-year students
(work ethic, communication, initiative, time management, and real-world exposure)
• An overview of four flexible summer pathways
• A guided “Choose Your Summer” activity
• Career resources you can use all summer long
This session is especially helpful if you:
• Feel unsure or stressed about summer plans
• Are undecided or exploring majors
• Didn’t land an internship but still want a productive, resume-worthy summer
