The ISU Department of English’s Lectures in Modern American Literature series is partnering with the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library in Indianapolis to celebrate Hoosier author Kurt Vonnegut Jr.’s 100th birthday. On November 10, Julia Whitehead, founder and CEO of the Vonnegut museum, will give a talk titled “Breaking Down Vonnegut” at 6:00 p.m. in the University Hall auditorium, followed by a reception and book signing in the atrium afterwards. Attendees may receive a free one-year membership to the Vonnegut museum.
The Lectures in Modern American Literature series is made possible thanks to a generous gift from Dr. David Bash.
