Marian University’s Center for Teaching and Learning, in partnership with several departments and faculty, created an extremely successful inclusive certificate for faculty and staff. Originally, it was a way to get faculty thinking about how to be more inclusive in their classrooms. However, it soon became apparent there was interest throughout campus, and it grew from there. In addition to the original certificate, we now have a level 2 certification with plans to go further. Come to this session to learn more about the process, requirements, and focus for this popular certification program.
