The purpose of the institute is to: (1) Raise awareness interculturality and inclusion in pedagogies and policies in the university community, as well as add a lens of criticality to these issues; (2) Provide innovative strategies and resources on how to create, implement, and assess interculturality and inclusion in the classroom; and (3) Showcase examples of campus projects and programs and examples of instructor work that address critical interculturality and inclusion in the classroom.
