Hello!
We are inviting you to take an anonymous survey about your health behaviors that contribute to your heart health, and reasons for these behaviors. This study aims to gather information on health behaviors and cardiovascular conditions among sexual and gender minority (SGM) college students (e.g., non-binary, asexual).
The requirements to participate in this survey are that you go to college in Indiana, identify as a member of the SGM population, and meet the age requirement of 18 years old.
This survey should take you 10-15 minutes to complete and will not ask for your name or any identifiable information.
