Learn the unique art of binding books and leave with your very own journal to gift or enjoy! During this class you will learn how a hardback book is put together as you make your own case out of binder’s board and decorative papers. You’ll see the anatomy of how a book is constructed, learn about the materials which go into bookbinding, and create your own hardcover case to house a sewn block of blank pages.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that last minute schedule changes happen. We need to have at least a two hour notice before cancelling a scheduled session. If there is a cancellation after that allotted two hour window, it will result in a lost session.
To withdraw from a course, you must call the Community School of the Arts office at least TWO WEEKS in advance of the first day of class. Any cancellation of a course, once the course has begun, is subject to a 50% non-refundable, cancellation fee. If more than 3 sessions of the course have occurred, no refund will be issued.
Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal and no financial deduction will be made for temporary absence from a class or lesson.
