“Green Jobs Day is a professional development opportunity for ISU students interested in green jobs, which are any that help combat climate change, promote an eco-friendly economy, and protect our natural environment. The Day will run from 12:00 to 5:00 pm on Wed, Nov. 15 with a keynote speaker at 4:00 pm.
Regardless of where students are in their college careers, this event is designed to connect them with resources to help navigate the field of green jobs! Students will have the opportunity to interact with Career Center staff to learn how to find the right green internship or job. Lunch (Jimmy Johns) will be provided at noon!
Any students attending for extra credit will need to be present for the keynote speaker’s session at 4 to receive the credit.
