The ISU Department of Chemistry and Physics and the Summer Undergraduate Research Experiences Program is sponsoring a blood drive on Friday, September 25, from 9am to Noon. The Bloodmobile will be parked at 5th and Chestnut streets.
Please see the attached flyer for more information and a QR code you can scan to schedule an appointment time (remember, it’s COVID season). You can also visit versiti.org/indianablood and search sponsor code C050 to make your appointment.
Blood saves lives everyday and for students wanting to be doctors (or want to play one in real life), here is your chance to treat your first patient!
All donations will be screened for COVID-19 antibodies. If yours is positive, you may be contacted to ask about donating convalescent plasma which has received emergency FDA approval for treating severely ill COVID-19
