The Gregory S. Fehribach Center is excited to share information about its internship program for Midwestern college students with physical disabilities (mobility, orthopedic, visual, & hearing). This program offers paid internships in positions aligned with students’ academic majors and career interests. To date, 266 students have completed a total of 540 internships, with 58 students interning in the summer of 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for professional development and career exploration.
Applications for summer internships are due by January 31. To apply, simply email a resume, cover letter, and three letters of reference to either Larry Markle (larry.markle@eskenazihealth.edu) or Carlos Taylor (carlos.taylor@eskenazihealth.edu). Please note that the letters of reference can come after the deadline. After the application is submitted, students will be contacted to schedule a screening interview.

– Watch the short video about the Fehribach Center
– Attend an online open house on Thursday, January 22, from 4-6pm Eastern time. This will be a great opportunity for interested students to ask questions about the internship program.
We encourage all eligible students to apply and take advantage of this unique opportunity!
