The Faculty Mentoring Certificate Program is designed to emphasize the role faculty can take in promoting Student Success. This initiative is part of the US- Department of Education Strengthening Institution Grant. Participants will leave the program with deeper connections with Student Success initiatives and will serve as identifiable point-people within their own colleges and departments to assist other faculty members interested in collaborating on Student Success activities. This program will take place throughout the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semester, with 4 meetings planned for the Fall 2021 semester and 5 meetings planned for the Spring 2022 semester. The meetings in Fall 2021 will be held via Zoom, with the meeting modality for Spring 2022 TBD. There is a modest stipend for participants. This opportunity is open to instructors, lecturers, and tenure-track faculty who have been at Indiana State University for at least one academic year.
