ISU faculty Kurt Fowler (cello) and Martha Krasnican (piano) will perform as part of the ISU Faculty Artists Series on Thursday, January 27, at 7:30 p.m. in the Boyce Recital Hall of the Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts. The recital will include Beethoven’s Sonata in G minor, Op. 5, No. 2, Bridge Cello Sonata in D minor, and two movements from Claude Bolling’s Jazz Suite. Guests Jimmy Finnie, percussion, and Todd Gallagher, bass, will join Fowler and Krasnican for the final work. The concert is free and open to the public and the concert will be streamed live on the ISU School of Music YouTube channel (https://youtu.be/1DGKPSl1pLQ).
