Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI) is an often-heard term in the higher education landscape, but its importance and how it affects students’ success is not always fully understood. This presentation will explore those interactions focusing on the online classroom. Attendees will review the background of interaction as well as delve into scenarios and discuss the impacts interaction has on student’s academic experience.
