Steps to earn 2022 discounts on health care premiums:
1. Create account or log in to Navigate website (https://unionhealth.livehealthyignite.com/users/sign_in)
2. Complete the Wellbeing Survey on Navigate website
3. Complete your screening on- or off-campus by Oct 15
Schedule an on-campus screening on the home page of your Navigate site. Click red box “Schedule your Screening” to select your date and time.
