Thanks to the February 3rd snowstorm, Paul Bro’s Faculty Recital has been rescheduled for Monday, February 28th at 7:30 p.m. in the Boyce Recital Hall in the Center for Performance and Fine Arts (300 N. 7th Street).
He will be joined by ISU colleague Martha Krasnican (piano) and DePauw University faculty Scotty Stepp (saxophone) and Ming-Hui Kuo (marimba).
The recital will feature works by Giovanni Platti, John Adams, Dylan Champagne, Arturo Márquez, David Biedenbender, and Fernande Decruck.
Bro has performed throughout the United States and Canada as well as in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. As a soloist, Bro has performed concertos with the U.S. Navy Band, the Royal Air Force Band of Belgium, the Tambov Symphony Orchestra (Russia), and the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra.
