Dear Sycamore Community,
Google and Coursera have teamed up to offer a free program to higher education institutions called “Grow with Google.” Indiana State University has recently become a part of that effort.
There are 9 online learning certificates available that range in time to complete from a two-day intensive to up to 5 months. The topics range from UX Designer, IT Support Specialists to AI and Project Management. Accepted participants may select any of the certificates or individual courses (70+) that are part of the certificates to complete. Participants will have access for 6 months and may complete as many as they are able in that timeframe.
We have 250 licenses reserved for Indiana State University current students, faculty and staff and 250 reserved for Indiana State University alumni. If you would like to pursue a Google certificate at no cost, please complete this form.
If you have a class you would like to use it in, please email ISU-Career-Center@indstate.edu with the class roster by the deadline. The form must be completed or roster shared by January 17, 2025. Seats will be awarded on a first come first served basis. Those who receive a license will be notified by January 30, 2025.
The only thing we ask is that you only complete the form if you are truly committed to completing the learning in the 6-month window. We want to be sure the licenses reach as many ready to engage learners as possible!
If you have any questions, you may reach out to the Indiana State University Career Center who is administering the program at ISU-Career-Center@indstate.edu.
Happy Learning!
