Campus Grilling and Open Flames Safety Guidelines

Indiana State University has established Campus Grilling Safety Guidelines that must be followed when grilling on campus. Prior to your upcoming campus event, please review the revised Grilling Safety Guidelines, as well as the food safety instructions related to safe food preparation and handling.

In addition, Indiana State University maintains Open Flame Safety Guidelines for all campus activities involving open flames. Event organizers are required to review and comply with these guidelines, which are available on the Office of Risk Management website under the Guidelines and Procedures tab.
