The Commencement Committee is seeking volunteers to serve as readers and faculty marshals for the May 2026 Commencement ceremonies. We need volunteers for all three ceremonies on Saturday, May 9:
• 9:00 a.m. – Graduate Ceremony
• 12:00 p.m. – College of Arts and Sciences; Scott College of Business
• 3:00 p.m. – Bayh College of Education; Bailey College of Engineering and Technology; College of Health and Human Services
Please contact Alicia Jay at alicia.jay@indstate.edu to volunteer as a Reader, or Rusty Gonser at rusty.gonser@indstate.edu to volunteer as a Marshal, by Friday, April 10, 2026.
All volunteers are required to attend the Commencement rehearsal on May 8 at 2:00 p.m.
