Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from Indiana State University! You are an inspiration to us all. We are currently seeking applications for the Graduate Student Commencement Speaker at the Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 11, 2024. In order to be eligible to serve as the Graduate Student Commencement Speaker you must be a graduate student who is participating in the May 2024 Commencement Ceremony. The deadline to submit your materials is: Friday, March 8, 2024. No late submissions will be considered.
If you are interested in submitting an application for review, please submit the following information:
-Your original, written speech. When read, speech should be between four and five minutes.
-A cover letter explaining why you would like to be considered as the Graduate Student Commencement Speaker
-A current resume
-The contact information of a current graduate faculty member to serve as a positive reference
