Indiana State University faculty and staff are invited to be part of Bridge Week, our signature pre-semester experience designed to help incoming students build confidence, connection, and a strong start to their college journey.
We are seeking engaging, student-centered presenters to lead interactive sessions that introduce students to key aspects of college life, academic success, and the Sycamore community. Sessions should be welcoming, practical, and designed with first-year students in mind.
Potential topics include:
- Professors, Papers & Participation: What College is Really Like
- Communicating with Faculty
- ISU & College Culture
- Building Belonging
- Setting Boundaries (social, emotional, and residential life)
- Imposter Syndrome
- Maximum Success, Easy Strategies
