Nichelle brings a wealth of experience as a school social worker at Sarah Scott Middle School in Terre Haute, Indiana. Recognized for her community service during the pandemic, she received the Indiana Social Worker of the Year award in 2021. Passionate about advocacy, Nichelle actively contributes to empowering the next generation.

With over 25 years of marketing expertise, Shonta’s creative thinking has grown brands in various sectors. A proud HBCU graduate, she is also an active life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. When not working, Shonta enjoys family time, sports, and exploring new destinations.

Bringing 10 years of higher education experience, Sonja currently serves as the Director of Diversity Equity and Belonging at Ivy Tech Community College Terre Haute. Passionate about impacting students’ lives, Sonja is dedicated to creating inclusive environments and achieving personal bests in marathons.

Dr. Bogard is an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at Indiana State University. Her commitment to social justice and equitable learning environments is reflected in her leadership and research on race in higher education and women in leadership.
