Join the Mindful Monday program sponsored by Employee Benefits. Practice mindfulness techniques of breathing, visualization, guided relaxation, and journaling.
The program will meet by private video link each Monday 12:15-12:45 pm starting September 11. Register by emailing Amy Demchak at firstname.lastname@example.org and a private meeting link will be sent to you. Program will not be recorded but email communication will be sent weekly to all participants.
