Annual Performance Evaluations for Staff Employees

It is time for all exempt, non-exempt professional and non-exempt staff employees to complete their annual performance evaluations. Performance Evaluations are an important tool in providing open dialogue between employees and their supervisors. The evaluation is intended to encourage discussion, review progress and accomplishments, assist the employee in achieving assigned tasks, and determine expectations for the next performance period.

The evaluation period will be April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Evaluations will be available on April 1. The employee Self-Evaluation should be completed by May 31 with the entire process being completed by June 30. Salary increases in 2025 will be contingent upon completion of your Self-Evaluation on a timely basis. If you have not completed your Self-Evaluation by May 31, you will NOT be eligible for an increase.

There have been no changes to the process since last year. The Job Factors have been slightly up-dated. You will find instructions and FAQ’s on the Human Resources website.

We will be providing Employee and Supervisor Training regarding the performance evaluation process. Employee Trainings will be held on April 17th and 22nd, and Supervisor Trainings will be held on April 15th and April 24th. Click HERE to register for one of the sessions.
