58th Annual Contemporary Music Festival

The ISU School of Music invites you to join us for the 58th Annual Contemporary Music Festival, Wednesday-Friday, October 23-25.

Featured festival guests include Grammy-nominated composer Shawn Okpebholo and Chicago-based chamber ensemble Picosa. Guests will also include the winners of the national Music Now Chamber Music Contest. In addition, the festival will feature students and faculty of the School of Music in multiple concerts.

The Festival includes four concerts and six discussion sessions. Showcase concerts begin at 7:30pm on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, beginning with the Opening Festival Concert on Wednesday evening then continuing with a full recital by Picosa on Thursday. Both performances will take place in the Boyce Recital Hall of the Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts.
