The Virtual Criminology & Criminal Justice Fair is this Wednesday, March 31st from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. There are 40 employers looking to connect with students to discuss employment and internship opportunities. Students are encouraged to register in advance for sessions but can register the day of and during the fair.
Students can visit our Career Fair Prep Toolbox (hyperlink to page: https://www.indstate.edu/career-center/career-fair-prep-toolbox) which consists of videos and resources that will help them navigate Handshake and prepare for the Fair.

• The entire virtual fair happens in Handshake which is an app/tile in students’ ISU Portal. Students must take the following steps to participate in the fair:
o “Register” for the virtual fair in Handshake
o Upload a resume into their “documents” section in Handshake
o Sign-up for 1-1 sessions (individual 10 minute conversations with each agency they are interested in) or group sessions (30 minute “information” sessions with the agencies they are interested in – multiple students at one time)
o On the day of the fair, students go into their personal schedule on Handshake, and they will see a “join video” link next to each one of their scheduled sessions.
