2025 W-2’s Are Now Available
2025 W-2’s are now available to view on the ISU portal. Printed W-2’s were mailed Friday, January 23rd. Please allow 10 business days for receipt. If you have not yet consented to receive an electronic W-2, you may do so by going to your dashboard in Employee Self-Service. Open the Taxes section and select Electronic Regulatory Consent. Check the box for “Consent to receive W-2 electronically” and submit.
Qualified Overtime Compensation
Effective for 2025 through 2028, individuals who receive qualified overtime compensation may deduct the pay that exceeds their regular rate of pay – such as the “half” portion of “time-and-a-half” compensation – that is required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and that is reported on a Form W-2. Indiana State University will display your 2025 qualified overtime in Box 14 of your 2025 W-2 as OTPrem. Beginning in 2026, your qualified overtime will be on your pay stub as “Overtime Reportable”.
