Annual Performance Evaluations

It is time for all exempt, non-exempt professional and non-exempt staff employees to complete their annual performance evaluations. Performance Evaluations are an important tool in providing open dialogue between employees and their supervisors. The evaluation is intended to encourage discussion, review progress and accomplishments, assist the employee in achieving assigned tasks, and determine expectations for the next performance period.

This will be the second year using our new format. The process should be more streamlined for both employees and supervisors. You will find instructions and FAQ’s at https://sycamoresindstate.sharepoint.com/sites/EMP-HumanResources/SitePages/CP-Performance-Management-Evaluations.aspx.

The evaluation period will be April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Evaluations will be available on April 1. The employee Self-Evaluation should be completed by May 31 with the entire process being completed by June 30.

We will be providing Employee and Supervisor Training regarding the performance evaluation process during April. You will receive email notification regarding those sessions. Completion of the Performance Evaluation may have an impact on future increases, as available.
